Mike attending the NW School of Wooden Boat Building in Port Townsend, where he learned the age old art of traditional wooden boats.\u00a0 Mike worked in the film industry for a bit before moving to Portland to pursue his love for wooden boats. He has built several small wooden boats and brought numerous wooden vessels back to life.
